Blueberry Goodness Smoothie


1 Large Frozen Banana

1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Organic Hulled Hemp Seeds
2 Tbsp of Chia seeds
1 Tsp of Coconut oil
Add in enough coconut water or milk to blend well.
I like to take my organic produce and freeze because I find that when you blend frozen produce the consistency of the smoothie turns into ice cream. Plus I don’t like to buy the prepackaged frozen berries in the store because I prefer organic and well washed produce, so I wash and dry my produce thoroughly before freezing them. I usually package in smoothie portions for ease!
