Guacamole – Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip


2 Hass Avocados (not too hard, and not too soft)
1 Small Red Onion diced fine
2 Cloves of Garlic diced fine
1 Jalepeno for spicy – omit for mild – diced fine
1 Handful of Cilantro chopped fine


Halve the avocados length wise. Bang butcher knife over the pit (hard) and gentle wiggle until it is freed. Discard pit.










Take a pairing knife and make horizontal and vertical slices through to the peel. Scoop out into a bowl.









Mix remainder of the ingredients into bowl. Squeeze lime juice, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
